- The buttons at left set the color and form options for plots.

- List Box

- Select 1 item by clicking. Select more items by command-clicking for single items, and shift-clicking for consecutive items.

- Statistical Test Popup

- Click & hold mouse button down, then drag until the desired test is hilited. Then release mouse button to select.

- Single items only can be selected here by clicking.

- Significance level
-
- An integer (1-99%) can be typed in here to determine the significance level used in statistical analysis.

- Record Residual Values Check Box
-
- A list of residuals will be recorded in the next available data sheet column.

- Apply Button
-
- This will perform the selected analysis but not dismiss this dialog box.

- Do One Button
-
- This will perform the selected analysis, then dismiss this dialog box.

- Cancel Button
-
- Cancels the dialog box without performing the current selection.

- Contingency Table Button
-
- Uses the selected rows & columns as a contingency table & chi-square analysis.

- Goodness of Fit Button
-
- Requires two data sets of equal size, the first the observed values, the other the expected values based upon your hypothesis.

- OK Button
-
- Will perform the selection & dismiss the dialog box.

- Regression/Correlation Button
-
- Will calculate these analyses and place them onto the plot beside the drawn regression line.

- Include Origin
-
- If data points do not span the origin (0,0), checking this will always include the origin anyway.

- Plot Raw Data
-
- Plot a histogram of the data as it appears in the spreadsheet.
-
- Plot Frequency Histogram
-
- This will work out how many data points lie within each sampling interval (set automatically or by you).
-
- Cumulative Histogram
-
- Raw data will be summed sequentially and plotted.
-
- Automatic Intervals
-
- Will divide the data into 10-15 equal intervals (dependent variable).
-
- Specified Intervals
-
- Choose your own starting and incremental values.
-
- Starting Number
-
- Type in a decimal number at which to start the dependent variable's frequency intervals.
-
- Increment Number
-
- Type in the decimal number to increment the dependent variable's step interval each time.

- Plot Pie Chart without values beside wedges
-
- Print actual values (as in spreadsheet) beside each wedge. Number of decimal places set by Preferences dialog.

- Print percentages beside each wedge.

- Stem & Leaf
-
- Automatic determination of stem interval (ie size of step) using 10-20 intervals altogether.

- Stem & Leaf

- You can specify the stem interval. The smaller it is, the more intervals you will have.

- Done Button
-
- Keeps the current selections, and any analyses but closes this dialog box.

- Show Plotting Symbols

- These can optionally be plotted. The symbol used is selected on the graph window.
